Delete your Rollbook account
Rollbook: Teacher Planner, by Short Budgets
In the app
This is the quickest way, and it takes effect at once.
- Open Rollbook and tap More.
- Tap your name at the top to open your profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
If you might want your classes, registers and marks again, save a backup file first from More, Backup & restore. Deleting cannot be undone.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email razabihari425@gmail.com from any address and include the mobile number your account uses. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: your name, mobile number, password hash, email address and main subject if you gave them, and the record of the phones you signed in on.
- The school you named and its town, region, country and approximate location, unless another teacher's account names the same school.
- When you delete from inside the app, everything the app stored on that phone: classes, students, registers, marks, lesson plans, timetable and the rest.
What is not deleted, and why
- Backup files you saved yourself, for example in your Google Drive or a folder on your phone. They are yours and we cannot reach them; delete them wherever you put them.
- Data on a phone the app was not open on when you deleted the account. Uninstall the app there, or clear its data, to remove it.
- If you sign in with a login your school gave you, your account and your classroom data belong to your school and are kept in its own database. Ask your school to remove them.
We keep nothing else about you after your account is deleted.
