What this game collects#

Arrowz does not ask for an account, a name, an email address or any other personal detail, and it does not collect one. The only sign-in is the optional Google Play Games one described under Leaderboards below.

What is stored on your device#

Your level number, your hint count, the board you are part-way through and your sound, vibration and theme settings are saved on your device only. They are never uploaded, apart from the leaderboard points described below. Clearing the app's data, or using Reset progress in Settings, removes them.

Leaderboards#

If you have a Google Play Games profile, or choose to sign in to one, the game sends your leaderboard points for the day, the week and all time to Google Play Games, which shows them on public leaderboards next to your Play Games name and avatar. Google Play Games is run by Google under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not receive your email address or any other account detail. You can hide your activity or delete your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games settings at any time.

Adverts#

The game is free and is funded by adverts supplied by Google AdMob: a small banner at the foot of the puzzle screen, a short advert between levels every few levels, and optional reward videos you can choose to watch for extra hints or hearts. To serve them, Google may process device information such as your advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interaction with the advert. Google's own privacy policy governs that processing and is available at policies.google.com/privacy. The banner and the adverts between levels can be switched off with the one-time Remove Ads purchase.

Purchases#

Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. Google Play tells the game which items your account owns, and the game keeps a note of them on your device so they stay unlocked.

Your choices#

Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before any personalised advert is requested, and you can change that decision at any time from Settings, under Advert privacy options. You can also reset or clear your advertising identifier in your device's own settings.

Children#

This game is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the advertising services described above, contact us and we will help you resolve it with the advert provider.

Data we can delete for you#

We keep no server of our own, so there is no account to close and no record of ours to erase. Removing the app, or using Reset progress, deletes everything the game has kept on your device. Leaderboard scores are held by Google Play Games and are removed when you delete your Play Games profile or its data for this game.

Changes#

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear here and the date at the top will be updated.
